Accessibility commitment

This website is designed to support users with a range of access needs, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, browser zoom, mobile devices and assistive technologies.

Our aim is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at Level AA. We are continuing to review and improve the website as the content, features and service delivery model evolve.

Conformance status

This website is designed to conform with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Based on the current implementation and internal review, we believe the website is substantially conformant, although further testing and improvement work may identify additional issues.

Ground Up Managed Services Ltd does not currently claim formal accessibility certification or full compliance based on an external audit.

Measures taken

The current implementation includes the following accessibility measures:

• semantic HTML structure with header, main and footer landmarks;
• one H1 on each main page and a logical heading hierarchy;
• a skip-to-main-content link;
• keyboard-accessible primary navigation with an expandable mobile menu;
• visible focus indicators using the global focus-visible style;
• responsive layouts designed for mobile, tablet and desktop viewports;
• approved colour and typography tokens intended to support readable contrast, spacing and text sizing;
• descriptive link text and current-page navigation state;
• a keyboard-accessible embedded enquiry form area with a visible fallback contact link;
• reduced-motion support where animation or transitions are used;
• layouts that support browser zoom and reflow on small screens; and
• content and visual treatments that avoid relying on colour alone to communicate essential meaning.

Known limitations

We are continuing to review and improve the website. Current areas under review include:

• the embedded third-party enquiry form, CAPTCHA and fallback behaviour should be reviewed after live deployment;
• cookie-consent controls are not currently implemented because optional cookies are not active;
• testing with assistive technologies has so far been limited to internal implementation review and targeted manual checks;
• legal and accessibility content remains subject to final review; and
• future third-party content, embedded services, icons or images will need accessibility review before publication.
